Things in Clovis have been really good. We had to go to Roswell for Zone Training this week, my companion gave her very first training since getting her calling as Sister Trainer Leader. (kind of a dumb title haha I think they're working on it. ) BUT its a great calling, She'll be travelling doing trainings, and meeting with Zone Leaders so that she can help train, and be over the other sisters in our area. Its a pretty cool training, sisters haven't been able to have leadership other than training before this.

We've been crazy busy with teaching, tracting, knocking, and working with our solid investigator Enoch, who's baptism date is set for June 1st! His family are awesome, and I've pretty much adopted them all! He and his wife Yessica (jessica) have 4 boys and 1 on the way. They are awesome and I've seen them grow so much! They are coming to church pretty consistantly now, and the boys LOVE church!  I love Missionary work and being able to help people gain a stronger relationship with Heavenly Father. Truly, when we have Christ in the center of our lives, our families grow closer, and our relationships with those we love increases as well!

We didn't see any crazy animals this week, but we did run into a very passionate catholic man named Salvador! He was really closed off at first, but we got him to open up. We ended up talking to him for about 40 minutes about God, prayer, faith, baptism and the similarities and differences between our religions. There was a lot that I learned, but He was also surprised at how Christian we are. Amazing how Jesus Christ is litterally in the name of our church and so many believe that we don't believe in Christ. Anyway, it was awesome, I invited Him to read the Book of Mormon, to know for himself that it was true. He accepted! And after said, Sister Hall, have you ever heard that big things come in little packages? Like Dynamite, who knew so much could come from a little stick. Well, you are a stick of dynamite! haha it was a really cool experience, and really touched my heart.

I'm learning so much about myself, and growing more and more every day. I'm extremely greatful for everyday I have been given to be out here on my mission. 18 months might seem long, but to me its short, I'm already down to 16 months! I want to work so hard to be the person God needs me to be by the end of my mission. I have the best support from Home ever! Thank you for your prayers and letters, it means so much...seriously!

Word on the street here is that we are getting tons more sisters..last transfer we had 9 new sisters, and this one might be the same or more...so I more or less am preparing myself to have to train. I'm super nervous because I still feel like I'm learning the ropes, but I also know that God doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the called. So if needs be then I will "Go and Do." I love this mission, best experience of my life! Hope everyone has a great week!

Love
Sister Amy (getting sunburnt everyday) Hall
